This was our first time using Mr. Fireplace to service our gas insert fireplace. We were first very impressed with the ease to obtain an appointment day. The day before, they even call you to tell you where you are in line, so you have an idea of when to expect the technician.  The technician showed up on time, he was pleasant and efficient. Would like to share with the staff at Mr. Fireplace how pleased I am with the product and service they have provided to our family. We build our home 23 years ago and installed a fireplace at that time and have been extremely happy with it. We replaced the remote three years ago which was the first expense we had encountered. We now do a yearly maintenance to prolong the life of our investment. I have to say the service that the fellows provide is equally as good as the product. They come with all the tools needed to do their job, including their own mat to put down over my carpet and their own vacuum rather than asking for mine. I’m impressed to say the least. The fellows are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable and I commend their training.  I would recommend Mr. Fireplace to the Calgary Community in a heart beat.
